This place is a complete disgrace. They say they serve victims of domestic violence yet they have a CFO/COO, Donna Gough, who uses abusive tactics to push staff out and anyone who speaks up against it is pushed out by the CEO, Heather Finlay. At the same time under qualified managers are making excessive salaries with no education or professional background to justify such salaries. In addition they falsify information in order to obtain government grant money to make a personal profit that almost never goes to help the clients and if it does go to clients it only goes to the hispanic clients, the ones they tend to favor. The executives live lavish lifestyles while hosting expensive staff parties while clients live in infested dirty quarters as they are fleeing their abusers. This is what they call serving the community. Shame on you YWCA!!!

You have to have a special set of circumstances. It's not just for "normal" people lookin for a place to stay. That's about all I can say on here. If they don't take you in its because you're not right for the program. (Or they don't have any beds open)
Probably. You'd have to ask at the front counter.
