This is a complaint on behalf of more than ten people. There is an employee called “Sumaya Al Banna”. She is the worst employee. I have recently done a “N-400 naturalization application” with Sumaya. I give her my right information to put them in the application. However, she made more than 10 mistakes. Imagine that, she messed up with my name, my date of birth, and my original country and more. When I told her to change the wrong information, she ignored that and messed up again!!!! I don’t know either she is doing that on purpose or she is stupid. I told my friends about what happened and I surprised that each one of them had the same bad experience with her. . "I am kindly asking the manager or the supervisor of this organization to exclude and fired her from this job."

Sometimes you have to scratch the surface of something to know it's worth. Looking from the outside at first glance one in search of help kind of says I'm not going to get help here this place looks abandoned. Taking time to adjust myself, ready to go through the same process that I've been doing. Well glad to say the look outside has no bearing on the way they work on the inside. They were busy taking calls solving problems for people taking all precautions to observe the social distance as well as wearing masks with quick response. I was treated with respect and made progress. Go there if you have a problem they can help with. Five stars

Bad service. I cant believe social services even like this Organization could exist in US. For your appointments even you fo 20 minutes earlier you have to wait one hour and the guy come and says sorry I had a meeting. They even have people like Sharif who biases clients.
