Nice place but the person in charge of scheduling has horrible customer service skills. I called to schedule classes for my daughter, she charged me and didn’t put us on the schedule so we had to wait an hour for the next available instructor. After the lesson, I went to talk to her about making the lessons a weekly deal and she snapped at me telling me she was super busy trying to train someone as well as find a new instructor. I very calmly told her I left my information for her so she could call me when she had a moment. That was 3 weeks ago. I have not scheduled anymore lessons because of her. We will, instead, visit the facility on our own.
