Had a list of parts and part numbers for a Briggs and Stratton motor I was working on. Came here and they had all the parts needed except one, offered a used part that fit perfectly. Total out the door was a few bucks less than buying over the internet and I got my motor running that day. Thanks Annette for the quick and helpful service!

I had took my generator to them. A HikeCrew hci 2250. They are always helpful when I go in to ask about questions. I was able to get my carburator working properly and re-installed. She was kind to also help look for parts for a generic piece. Sometimes having personal judgemental of your experience can help direct a solid line to look for the correct issues. Thank you for your help. I was able to start it back up and it ran just like before without the flooding. Understanding this, generic vs name brand is night and day with these type supplies. It's to bad The market in general doesn't fit the need properly for this arrangement. I dont blame shops at all being difficult to find parts for certain models :)

Awful place- don’t go here. Quoted us one price and charged us much more on our mower and for our edger, lied said they fixed it and didn’t. We test before we leave and call them out on it. Well there is nothing we can do - well then don’t say you fixed it. Dishonest business. Then they stuck a sticker on it.

The worse I’ve had. Picked up my riding lawnmower third week in July to fix the smoking problem. After many calls they brought it back with a bill for $564 saying they replaced carburetor. When they dropped it off on September 4 I drove it but it was still smoking so Frank took it back. On October 26 he brought it back for another $360. No smoking then but it kept flooding. Then it wouldn’t start. Frank came out and said he would bring mechanic out to fix on first week in December. I have called many time no answer or return of messages I left. Went to shop Frank said he would pick up second Monday in December. Since no answer from Frank on his cell or shop phone. It’s now January 19 still no return call. However another lawn place came out and cleaned carburetor and got running for $90. Don’t be a sucker like me. Stay away
