Beautiful quaint lake with lots of wildlife! The have dayvuse facilities as well as camping and scavenger hunts for kids. Close to home yet you feel far far away!

Love this place. We rented a boat and it was super easy and the staff was friendly. Little fishing boats are clean and easy to operate. Sunset was spectacular and even though we didn't catch any fish, it was an amazing time..

Lake Jennings is beautiful. No swimming. Fish are stocked, they rent boats and sell fishing poles. Bring your California Fishing License. If you are lucky, you can rent a Tipi for a the weekend, fire up the BBQ and find the peaceful fun you deserve! Definitely recommended.

Overuse is right they have stocked the lake every week for the trout seasons. Plus people don't know how to be honest to get in. Now we have people sneaking in without paying. This is causing the prices to go up. Well are we willing to pay for the extra money?
I was just there today and they make it clear NO PETS. I was in the picnic section but not sure about the campground section.
Nothing, in fact the floors are dirt, and it doesn't keep rain out at all. During a storm last winter the teepees ripped apart in the wind.
If your camping you can fish on the shoreline below the campground. Otherwise only during Friday, Saturday and Sunday to fish the rest of the lake
They have a full time campground
Sorry, no float tubing is permitted on Lake Jennings.

It's about a mile and a half and doesn't go all the way around the lake. Just from the entrance to the campground.
There is a laundry mat 2 miles away for sure, would need to drive to it. Not sure about the campground

The lake is only open on the weekends
You can't jet ski on lake Moreno. El Capitan and San Vicente Reservoir are the two water contact lakes in San Diego
