Extremely unwelcoming and rude staff. I was treated like a nuisance the whole time I was there. It's been the same experience every time I've experienced the unfortunate displeasure of visiting them for a minor issue. Needless to say, I won't be visiting them again no matter how convenient the location may be.

Terrible. I paid for both front and back tire tube replacements and they charged me for both. However only replaced one of the tires and left the front tire as it came in. Bald and flat. There was no changes made to the front tire but was charged for both. Had me wait 5 days as well. Recommend somewhere else.

Great experience getting the exact, hard to find part I needed. Fabulous, friendly, and fast communication. A perfect example of what bike shop should be.

I decided to take my bike here on the recommendation of a friend. Prior to coming in I called about getting my hub serviced and was told to bring it in, no appointment necessary. When I came in their service department was rude and quoted an unreasonable turn around time. I was chastised for trying to do a walk-in service. I understand that the staff was having a rough day and were stressed out, but the person I spoke to on the phone told me a walk-in was fine. It was a pretty unpleasant experience and I will not be coming back. I ended up taking my wheel to the Trek shop where the employees were friendly and told me they would have my hub done within 24 hours.
