Great experience as walk-ins at the KM store. Had the pleasure to run into an imported salesperson from Florida that advised us. He was great, upbeat and the store had everything we came in for in stock and ready to go.

Friendly, helpful, eager, informative and very knowledgeable customer service reps. They seem very happy with their jobs. Something I wish I had with mine. The prices seem a little steep but the quality seems to match the price of their products from what I can tell. Just my $.02 of my limited observations, as im no expert/novice, just a new hobbyist.

Man…… where do I start. This place was awesome from beginning to end. I worked with Ryan the initial two times I went in the store. It was my first time there and also my first time buying a higher end bike. He asked me a few questions, to see where I was at and what bike would be a best fit. I test rode one and ended up ordering another model. The delivery came 5 days early and that’s when I met Morgan who got me for my bike and got some extra things that would help. Both of them were awesome and the store as whole has a great atmosphere. I live three hours away and would still consider driving back because of how great they were. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
