First time at this location and I will never return. Their prices are extremely expensive. So I bought a box of tubes for 5 49. And butane for 3.99. What does that total? 9.48. with our 10% tax I'll just round it to a dollar so it should have been no more than 10:50. Why was my total 13.25? When when I asked him about it he just kind of blew me off and was rude. So he price gouged and patted the bill. Never going there again. I should return the items and get my money back.

Will not do buisness unless customers have their own mask, regardless of vaccination and lack of mandates. I indicated I was there to buy a high end smoke piece.

I had a good experience when I visited. Needed hookah coals last minute for a party and the staff was helpful. Seems to be family owned so that's nice. Happy to support family owned businesses. Had a small selection of shisha so that was a bit of a let down but still the staff helped where they could.

I entered the store to make a purchase and was told to come back 30 minutes later because it was to messy! I told him/cashier that I knew exactly what I wanted. He did allow me to get my coke and lighter but then denied my service because I was paying with my debit card because my (attempted) purchase was not a minimal of $5.00
