Mattress Depot will lie to you to by the bed , We bought our bed and just after the 2 year manufacturing warranty our bed went out. From there they will not honor your 3 yr after warranty. We were told by Mathers Depot it was a lifetime warranty, but that is not correct. Only the Mathers is. They will sell you the frame the most expensive piece then your screwed.

Mike was the BEST! He didnt pressure us to buy anything. He listened to all our needs and helped us. We came in for just kids mattresses and we walked out with a adjustable queen bed and mattress and the kids mattresses he gave us such a great deal we did cash! And didnt have to finance! Mike is amazing he juggled us and a few other customers always with a warm smile and a wonderful attitude and he made funny jokes making the whole experience amazing. He actually made it fun! This is the place to go to get your next bed and Mike is the guy to see! The store was spotless clean and overall great! Thank you Mike for taking care of our family. Added note im in a wheelchair and it wasn't too difficult to maneuver in the store.

So yesterday I went into the store in Lakewood, WA and just upon opening the door Mike was awesome!!! Greeted me and those who came with me and really answered all the questions we had which was great!! I am in love with tempurpedic mattress and of course the prices are extremely high, but he really listened to what it was I was looking for and even though he didn’t have the bed he recommended me to test out he told me I could go to another location and give it a test run!! He called ahead so that the other store rep knew we were coming!!! (That’s what I call going above and beyond) after we tested out the Copper 10 bed we went back to Mike and let me just say he is the best I really just went to look and see what was out there and he ended up making me a forever customer!! Thank you again Mike we really appreciate your hard work and the great conversations we had some great laughs and he made sure we felt comfortable!! Can’t wait to do business again with u in the future!!
