I had my haircut with tatu Christi at this location. I have never been treated anything other than the best here. Highly recommend!

Showed up on a Saturday morning, checked-in and was told it would be a while because everyone had appointments. One stylist said she doesn’t so I waited. I get it is Saturday however with the length of my hair, I would literally be a 10 minute cut. Another stylist that said she is busy went to the back and then proceeded to her empty station and just killed time cleaning, sitting on her phone, and dancing while I sat there. Again, one look at me and you would know my hair would take all of ten minutes and I told her that I didn’t need the extra services. It wasn’t until I decided to leave before some asked. If you are going to offer appointments that is fine but remember you also get walk-ins too and should put time in the books to manage some of those; my recommendation it to alternate open time Appointments does not always mean guaranteed and the amount of time I would have taken you would have had the appointment plus me.

Had an amazing haircut and shampoo all the works . Bri is real friendly and smart and knows what the score is. I can't imagine a better experience unless you fell off a cliff and were promoted to an angel... well that's my bizarre review but I will certainly be back .. I'm assuming the manager Brianna is the hair artist currently known as Bri... ode to Prince. Whaaat ?

I went in there as a walk-in and had Christi (red hair) as the barber, i showed her what i wanted and so she started cutting my hair and the fade was a little low so i asked if she could make it a mid fade and move it a bit higher but she gave me a high fade instead which is not what i wanted at all, i asked for 1.5 inches off the top but instead she cut more than 2-3 inches and then thinned my hair a lot so it appeared shorter as well. The whole time she was slow paced and was watching the movie whilst cutting my hair and then she was starting to say that she had an appointment waiting so she went from slow and she started rushing my haircut as she kept saying she doesn’t have time, i also asked for eyebrow cleanup and shape up and she rushed the whole thing and barely have any attention to detail leaving my eyebrows super uneven. not happy at all with the service.
