They have been great. I also set up for PostalAnnex #007 to email me when I receive mail, packages, billing due. There is a small charge but it's worth it. Saves gas for me. I only go when I get notified or once a week on Saturday.

This place is a lifesaver! They always have friendly staff with great customer service, and the social distancing measures feel safe and appropriate. I have gone in 10 minutes before they closed to get color copies printed, and they let me use their paper cutter to trim them to size. They just saved me because I mailed something certified USPS to the DMV in September and the DMV says they never got it. I could not find my tracking number anywhere, but I just called and they could look it up for me with my phone number and had it to me in seconds! Seriously I don't know what I would do without them, great location!

Great place for local shipping. It is super convenient since the post office lines are always super long, and they seem to take forever with each person. At the postal annex, I was in and out in less than 3 minutes, and the customer service was superb. It was my first time there and the lady at the counter took her time to explain me my options. Customer service is quickly becoming a thing of the past, so I am compelled to give those places with great customer service credit. Erica was super nice, friendly and professional. I also noticed that they had some gifts for last minute shipping which was pretty cool.
