Just finished my 10th u-Haul rental but first one with the PostalAnnex at 10606 Camino Ruiz... they charged me $25 because the furniture pads were not “properly” folded up! I have never had an issue with this on ANY rental before. Called to figure out why I got the fee and the guy got upset, cursed at me, and said it was not their responsibility to do anything.

They claim that they are accepting UPS and DHL but in reality they are not. Every time I come they establish a new rule and the lady there is not professional and she tries to make execuses every time to not accept the package.

Horrible place! I only came here cause this was the closest place to get my documents notorized only to be told I need a seperate document, I have to go to city Hall or they have to charge me a $16 fee! After my 3rd time going there I was done with the place, went to a different place and got it done in 5 min WITHOUT the documents Postal Annex told me to get OR the fee! They were also rude and act like they don't want to be there.
