Website clearly states they are open until 6pm. Got there at 5:03 pm to mail a package and the door was locked, I knocked and the employee heard me and completely ignored me. They need to update their hours appropriately so customers can plan accordingly.

I've used this Postal Annex for a mailbox rental for a few years. The customer service has been great; cashiers have always been friendly and helpful every time I've been. I plan to continue renting from them indefinitely and would happily recommend it to others.

I don’t trust this store. I had a package packaged here and the contents never made it to its destination. When I went to confront them about it they became very defensive and rude. I would advise to go through another postage carrier. Don’t trust this place with your packages.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Service is mediocre at best. I went a couple of weeks back to try to send a package and the owner was more focused on following other people in the store than completing my transaction promptly. Then when I got the receipt I saw she put the information wrong. How hard is it to copy an address from a piece of paper and type it in correctly? Never going to this location again.
