Just came and bought two ices with our 4 month old corgi puppy, this is the ONLY ritas I have ever been to that charges 3 dollars for what is always a free pup cup. The cup wasn't even half full, almost always come with a milk bone, this one did not .. For that price we could have gone to McDonald's and bought ice cream Sundaes. We will NOT be back to this Ritas, they are terrible

Great staff **update** Message to management. This year seems to be a bad year for this place. Always out of various custards or lids, or types of cups...or something. Now theres this new staff. Nice kids, however they need to be trained on serving sizes, products..etc.

This location needs to work with its workers skills. It's understood some are young. But better and more training would probably help to keep customers coming back. Rita's ice always good and custard ok but customer service would have to improve for 5 stars.
