I've been to lots of gyms and left them for various reasons. This gym I have been here for over 3 years and makes me feel like family. I love the owners and staff. I have never been to a gym as clean as this one. I highly recommend this gym to everyone!

I used to go to snap fitness in bangor, but things have really gone down hill in the past year so I have been looking for a new gym, as soon as I walked in I felt so welcomed by the staff, the gym was clean and had so many machines, they offered personal training (snap doesn't and has not had one in 3 years) and this gym has group fitness classes, so much happier here

Great place! You're able to track all your activity, they have classes, it's 24/7, all the equipment you need, fair priced, and friendly helpful staff! It's definitely the best gym in the area!

It really depends on the promo and what type of membership are looking for. If you pay for the year, you will save some money. I was quoted between 30 and $40 a month if I signed up for 12 months. (There were additional fees that I wasn't expecting though on top of the membership fees, in my case it rounded out my monthly payment to be 50 a month.)The manager of the establishment was very kind and helpful and accommodating. In the end, I chose to go elsewhere for cost and location.

No, there is no Tai Chi there. They offer other training.
No they don't have tanning but they're a great place to accomplish your fitness goals and the atmosphere and services are amazing.
