Nice bigger location but the check out was odd. The rack of board games right in front of the registers confused some people in forming 2 lines. Cashier had to call 3 times for back but none ever came the mod did come over to help but again the line was clumped together. Need better check out flow. And yes it's Sunday afternoon and the drive thru donate is slammed with incoming. I get that....

A thrift store with a stingy return policy that doesn't have fitting rooms! We loaded up our cart today before noticing that there weren't any fitting rooms so we put almost everything back, my daughter and I both decided to get a pair of jeans that were the size we always wear so we thought it was worth the risk, got home and can't get either pair over our hips. Both pair were $14.99 so apparently we can bring them in for store credit but not a refund, why would we want store credit at a store that doesn't allow you to try anything on?!?! We also donated through the drive-thru and you must have everything separated by categories ahead of time and nobody helps you with anything, which is completely different than every other Goodwill I've been to.

I shopped this store for the first time this week and I was shocked at how high the prices were! I found many items that you can buy at Walmart or Target for less money than at this Goodwill. Specifically, curtain rod brackets, vacuum filters, light bulbs, tools, office/school supplies, etc. They could sell so much more volume if they marked items at thrift store prices. I will no longer shop or donate to Goodwill.

While this store is great in selection, it takes me twice as long as my other location I frequent as NONE of the sizing is ever right in the sections. This is such a frustrating shopping experience. If you have hours to spend browsing through racks, then by all means shop there. Waste of time
