Room 318, right off the elevator. Avoid this room at all cost. You can smell dog as soon as you step off the elevator. The room is overwhelming with dog order, dog hair everywhere, specifically caked up the lounge chair. Of course they went into denial when I told them, but the pictures don’t lie… For the life of me I can’t understand how hotels can be so casual about putting people in rooms that aren’t livable. From now on, I will be asking to see the rooms first…

Positive: Upgraded room at check in. The room was a great size for our 1 year old to toddle around in. Negative: Pool was very small, cold and salty for some reason. Hotel room still had beer and other beverages in the refrigerator.

Check in was quick, friendly front desk personnel. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hot breakfast and choices were excellent. We will definitely stay here again. Did I forget to mention that the price very reasonable?

Plenty of positives here - our room was quite large, incredibly clean, toasty warm with a quiet and efficient heater, bathroom had plenty of towels and supplies, beds were comfortable and seemed new, staff were friendly, and Wi-Fi was great. A very "shiny" property overall, especially for one just off the interstate. A few tiny downsides, but nothing worth deducting a star for - the pool was closed for renovation and the parking lot was unplowed leading to a few places with little to no traction. Definitely a good choice for lodging in the area.
