Matinee ticket price was good. Seats were comfy but needed to be wiped down. The self serve concession area (drink machines, lid and napkin holders, butter dispenser) also needed to be cleaned.

This theater used to be great but after Covid struck it became terrible. The cleanliness of the theater has gone downhill. The once nice reclining chairs are now tattered and ripped and have all sorts of trash under and behind them. The seats are also sticky as if soda had been spilled on them. The worst part is that they have a infestation of mice in the theater. I went with a friend to watch Dune and as we were leaving. We saw a mouse hanging off the carpeted wall next to the exit. I was able to get a picture its a little blurry since as I was taking the photo the mouse jumped and ran past my feet. Until the Grand 15 get rid of its rodent infestation and gets deep cleaned I would stay far away.

Great theater! Always clean with the seats and floor every movie. Concession foods are yummy. One thing I'd like to suggest are different types of popcorn. Checking in is easy when I buy online tickets.

This used to be such a nice theater we haven't been here for almost a year. We were in theater 15 tonight. The lobby was dirty, the floor and all counters covered in food and pop. Snack were empty on the shelves. I didn't think much of it until we got to our theater. Food and pop everywhere seats destroyed, a lot of them didn't even recline. Then my husband noticed what was behind all the seats. I can't even explain so I will attach pictures. It is just terrible I didn't even want to stay because it was so gross. What a terrible shame to allow such a nice theater to get run down. We definitely will NOT be returning!
