Yes they do! When you go to this establishment there is a protective glass between you and the ACE representative. You will however have to keep in mind of other customers.

Hello Terry You can but not all places let you but to be on safe side to be for sure, You would need to call them during Normal business hours and explain thee situation! "Or" Go to one of your Local Ace Cash Express banks and bring thee person with you when you go that will help you.
