We've done most of the escape rooms from Portland to Eugene, and Enigma's rooms do not flow quite as well as others. The staff seemed less passionate about the rooms and were running around noisily while we were trying to solve the puzzles.

Awesome experience! Very excellent experience working with owners to rent a room for a special birthday memory! Went out of their way to make every part of our experience excellent! Made an area for us to enjoy cupcakes afterwards. The room was their hardest challenge and it definitely held up to the task. Clues were excellent not to easy but enough to set you on the right path. The room set up authentically. Beautiful building you walk into a new world experience from the time you enter the historic building doors. Excellent hosts! Thank you so much!

We had an absolute blast! Staff was super cool and engaging. The room itself was more challenging than I thought it would be which was perfect for our first time. Highly recommend!

Two adults and 4 kids 12-15 old and it was fun for all of us. We got stuck on the last puzzle but they gave us a little extra time because we were so close. Really friendly and helpful staff and they mailed us a TON of photos afterwards. We'll return to try other rooms!
