Absolute dump. The management of this property which is a big company charge well over a thousand dollars a month to live here. Where there is little upkeep in these units. The ceilings have holes and most of all the elevator has been a constant issue with as much as these properties make off of their residents you would think instead of just "fixing" the constant issues they have that they would take some of that money and invest back into their buildings and REPLACE. But because its corporate they would rather sulk all they can and not spend the money to do so. They don't have a room to store packages so people constantly get there stuff stolen or misplaced. The parking lot although they did some work, FINALLY with the massive potholes did lackluster job with this also. With as much as you have to pay to live here, you're better off getting a little higher end apartment way from the suburbs of the city or get a house.

The worst place I've ever lived. Repairs took forever to be done. At least once a month we would have a leak in master bathroom. Even when we complained about our grandson getting burned from a neighbors cigarettes above us nothing was done. At the end of our stay there the management was horrible. Fairhousing ya right on more then one occasion they treated tenants differently. One of the office staff apt you could barely walk in. Yet they gave a resident a violation whose apt the only thing was a mess was her closet. Gave us three violations in one day. One saying we didn't pay a pet deposit or paperwork. Yet my wife had proof of making deposit when she first moved in. Plus we had a copy with the receptionist signature the date we turned it in. Second claiming they were flicked off but weren't by who they accused. Third I had a key management before gave out to all residents who had storages which almost every 6 months you had to fill out a new form about which ones you had. Which again my wife kept copies of. I was told these were going to be taken care of when we were let out of a lease yet another lie. Then when we moved we were charged for a set of blinds we bought new just didn't put up and after six years of living there a full charge of paint which when you look into things after that many years they didn't charge people. Yes I have my receipts this place is out to take you for all you have.

National night out was awesome and amazing, thanks to the wonderful Management Tina and everyone else that helped out that night. I'm so happy that she's are site manager. I've been living at at Woodland North Apts for 14years now and fill safe in my home now like I should be. I'm so happy and grateful for all the hard work that Tina and her staff are doing. She's always understanding and so nice to residents.

I've lived here almost 5 years and I've never seen a better staff. crystal is a very helpful and assist with anything I need. The section four caretaker Tierra keeps her section very clean and smelling good. I've never seen it better

Yeah I stopped 2 people the other from renting here and I told them how it was infront of the new leasing people too... I'm in a large 3 bedroom so i do have another bathroom I can use but I'm paying for 2 bathrooms... I
