4 people working or should I say standing around. No Donuts out front on the Shelf. We had to ask for help and if they were closing that's why there was no Donuts out. FYI people. Sorry we bothered you at 2:30 on a Saturday.

love dunkin I just wish they would start filling reusable cups again!! I asked and the worker said they can't fill it for me but that I could just pour my drink into my reusable cup and they can throw away the plastic cup which kind of defeats the whole point because there's still the unnecessary plastic waste. I have sooo many reusable cups i wish I could start using again :/ other than that I love this dunkin they're the only location where the drinks consistently taste the same, I've been to others and always order the same thing and the drinks always taste different.

The employee was soft spoken, but attentive. We got a few donuts and water. The donuts were great! I didn't realize they had breakfast items there, so that was new to me. The store was clean.

Some tip jars are split at the end of the shift and some times the tip jars are used by the employees to support another cause they agreed on, like a local charity in that businesses neighborhood! I am curious to know how you determined they dont get tips. Either way I think the dunkin donuts are wonderful!

Not sure as colors are a seasonal thing. Recently it was pink for that color.
I'm sorry you've been disappointed with the service at our Fridley location. It's a new location and, as it seems y'all know, there's no substitute to experience to getting the experience to meet and exceed our customers' expectations. Of course our goal is to meet customers' expectations from day one and every day -- and we continue to train and make every effort to improve.
Why would you buy a. Sandwich at a donut shop . go over to subway at Walmart.
