I'm sorry you've been disappointed with the service at our Fridley location. It's a new location and, as it seems y'all know, there's no substitute to experience to getting the experience to meet and exceed our customers' expectations. Of course our goal is to meet customers' expectations from day one and every day -- and we continue to train and make every effort to improve.
Can't disagree with either Aziza, nor Linda, about this location. They're VERY SLOW, obviously under staffed and disorganized. The young staff seem to try, but aren't equipped with the experience or knowledge, to be able to handle small rushes, and/or just don't have the skills to be able to multitask through the many situations that occur in food chains. Unfortunately, not all employees care about their jobs ... so, why would they care about the customers? It's very hard to find good employees! Sadly, employees with good work ethics are even harder to find!
I prefer the Andover location over Fridley. They tend to ignore the customer at Fridley. I have seen it understaffed with one young man doing everything and a young kid lazily running the register. All I can say is it is hard to get good help!
