Pros: Hotel rooms were big in size. Bathrooms are clean and beds are comfy. Staff for the most part are friendly and able to help assist in solutions to problems. Alot of parking space and nearby restaraunts/stores. Cons: Hotel staff only engage with customers if customer request. Front desk was not attentative and seems to only want you to move on as fast as possible. Not sure on consistency of cleanliness, but I specifically notice dirty bedsheets in my room. On night of checking in, a guy walked in with a ski mask and branded cash around the front area. Perhaps, LivINN Hotel can look into stepping up security protocol as this was a uncomfortable and hostile situation.

Hotel rooms were great! Very clean and comfortable.Many people select a hotel based on Continental breakfast being available and this Continental breakfast was severely lacking. Pancake machine was down so attendant was making guests plates back in the prep room. Sausage eggs and potatoes. Very good just inconvenient. When the coffee ran out only 1 pot going(attendant couldn't make more cause she was serving breakfast one plate at a time) the cold food fridge had 4 yogurt and 1pkg hard boiled eggs this was at 7 am (prime breakfast time) the environment was fabulous. But the food setup needs revamping

Overall the hotel is pretty nice, the courtyard is folksy and the room was charming. We stayed in the suite with the in-room hot tub, obviously specifically for the hot tub. Unfortunately, although the motor for the jets was louder than an actual jet engine, there were almost zero bubble effects, rendering it basically just a bath tub. It was still nice to soak together, but that made the cost of the room seem pretty steep in hindsight. We mentioned it to the front desk upon check out, I guess hoping they might offer a discount on light of this, they simply said they'd mention it to maintenance and told us to have a nice day. Disappointing, even if still an otherwise nice room, don't imagine we'll return though.

A really great value and a clean and spacious room. We have stayed there twice now and we will stay again. Not the fanciest but but I recommend it. Staff is polite and helpful. I would have given it 5 stars but our room was rather hot at night. To the point where we had to run our A/C and we were staying there in Feb, in Minneapolis.
