I will never go back to this Dunn Bros. location again. Ever since Covid, all of them changed their hours, they all close early. So, about 8 mos. ago; I looked on their website to see what time they closed. It was a Sunday, and I don't live close by, but I really wanted a coffee, so I drove 18 min 1 way, only to get there and see that they had not even been open on Sundays for awhile! The sign said that, and being frustrated, I called them on the Mon. Or Tuesday next to report all the effort I made to get there only to find they were closed! They didn't seem to care that their hours on their website didn't coincide with their actual open times. And, so now, yesterday, it happened again! Said close at 5 pm. I went to drive over again to see the sign on the window says closed at 12noon! Who does that! And their location hasn't made good coffee for a good price in 2 years. So, that is it! Done with this place!

I loved Dunn Brothers Coffee for years and used to be a regular customer at this location. However, the attitudes of the employees are what made me lose interest in this coffee shop. The baristas are not as friendly as they used to be, and …So sorry to hear about your experience! It is definitely not how our customers should be made to feel!
