Well, I normally order my cakes from this store, but was told they would not take my order. No explanation or anything. I called a different DQ who was more than happy to help. I called the Fridley DQ back to get a reason. Spoke to the manager who explained there was no decorator available and told me i could just come in and pick out a cake. It was a birthday cake with specific colors so picking one out was not an option. There was no suggestion to call another store or Sorry, we can't be of more help. I felt like an inconvenience more than a customer. This use to be our go to store but I'm not to crazy about it now.

They do a good job with what looks like the minimal employees. I go here often and it’s always good food! Just have a little patience!

I always get the same DQ treat, a plain vanilla cone that brings back special childhood memories. Dairy Queen changed their hot dog a couple years ago, and although the new one is pretty good and is bigger, it's not near as good as the old ones. Tonight we stopped with our 3 granddaughters after winning their softball game and they all enjoyed their treats. I've got to remember DQ for fast food because they have some of the best there is. I hope the girls keep winning.

We just decided to enjoy a sweet treat after dinner, but realized that they would be closing soon. Very friendly and courteous woman took our order and said not to worry about the closing time, just enjoy. That there were plenty of closing tasks for them to do without disturbing us. Great service. Will definitely be return customers there.
