Michelle was great! She did not pressure me and explained each vehicles options thoroughly. She was a pleasure to buy from! I went in pre-approved for a loan, but Brock quickly found me a better interest rate than I originally had! He explained the financing process very well. I was in and out of the dealership in just over 2 hours and would definitely recommend them!

My partner and I purchased a car from here. My partner has bought 3 cars from this place prior and has had numerous referrals for this place. Being such a loyal customer, he and I always felt great about this place, until now. This dealership has changed dramatically. When we bought our used car from them (jeep) we were told to use the warranty to get anything fixed. Nothing was an issue, and they were wrong. The car began to have electrical issues starting from one light to the car shutting off and going dead at 11pm downtown Portland. We were stranded. The next day we went to Tonkin and told them that the car was about to die again and needed to be fixed (again). The man proceeded to tell us to bring it to the jeep place (not where we purchased the vehicle) in which we explained the car will die before me get to the place. The car died and then they said they would tow the car, but refused to give us a loaner as they had previously (and it was pulling teeth to get it the first time). They told us we had to deal with it all ourselves. The lack of customer service that we experienced at this place is like none I’ve ever experienced in my life. My partner is extremely disappointed and disgusted by this place and we will NEVER return. We ended up making it to the jeep place after jumping the car off and we had better customer service in 15 minutes than we had the entire 3 hours we were at this Nissan dealership. There is zero respect at this establishment. Loyalty doesn’t mean a thing at Tonkin Nissan!
Love Bug
Went in with a car in mind. Was gretted right away by Michelle! She walked me over and told me about th car I was interested in. A few minutes later she brings the car around for a test drive. We go for a drive and everything checks out. Once back we start the paperwork and she helps me with feeling that out too! As we near the end of the paperwork work the sales manager talks to me to get me a better deal. He works the numbers so they fit my budget and even saves me a few more bucks in the process. Riley is very thorough with explaining things to me and when made me a graph. We share hands and I get my photo taken with my new car! I just want to thank each one of you for taking the time and effort to show me you care! I'm sorry for making you stay late guys.
