For anyone who has tried to buy a boat, PWC, bike, etc. during the pandemic, you are aware of how challenging that can be due to low inventory, factory shutdowns, and supply chain issues. It was during this time we did business with NW Boat and RV. Our journey started in February 2021 when we saw the new line of Glastron boats. We've always owned outboards until 2009 when we bought a 22 foot inboard wakeboard boat due to the lack of choices for outboards. Finally, several boat manufactures have caught up with the new wave of clean, fuel efficient, and light outboards, Glastron being one of them. The GX210 Sport was very similar in size and seating with our wakeboard boat and we could get it with a big 250HP Merc, so it checked all the boxes for us. NW Boat and RV was the closest Glastron dealer, so I contacted them, told them the boat and options we wanted, and they sent me a quote. It included a nice Boat Show discount as there was a virtual Boat Show going on in Spokane. We ordered the boat with a small down payment. The original delivery date was estimated to be around Aug. 1 as the factory had been shut down and they were having trouble filling all their back orders for boats. Actual delivery was end of September due to a few production delays, plus issues getting shipping from Michigan to Spokane. That was a long wait! But, our sales person (Peyton) was great. He was always upbeat and very good at delivering news about delays that he had nothing to do with or any control to fix. When we drove over from the Seattle area to pick up our boat, they were very thorough going over all the features and operation of the boat, then took us out for a test drive before we actually bought it. We loved the boat and are happy with our purchase as well as everyone at NW Boat and RV. They are an excellent team who made sure the boat was perfect before we took delivery and they seemed as excited as we were to get our boat.

These guys are the nicest guys I have ever bought anything from and this was my first time buying a boat. Rob was patient with me, answered all my questions, didn't pressure me, was very accommodating and got me the best deal for the boat anywhere in the US. I know because I price shopped hard. The contracting process went smooth and getting the financing in place was seamless. The team that handed the boat over, David, spent a lot of time covering the features, how to operate it, do's don'ts and other safety tips. I have to say I was so happy. I've had the boat now for a few weeks. It runs perfectly and I don't have a single regret. I stopped back in to see the team to grab a couple extras and was greeted warmly again. You can tell they really care about customers and the experience and less about the sale. That kind of service is extremely rare. These guys have earned 5 stars plus! Our first experience with NW Boat & RV was the purchase of our Jayco trailer. Working with Rob wasn't like dealing with your typical salesman; there was no pressure, he took his time explaining and showing us different trailers and options and also left us alone to look on our own. Rob has a very funny sense of humor and a can do/get it done attitude. The trailer we found needed a couple minor repairs and they were done with quality replacements and completed before our agreed upon date. We are just thrilled with our trailer and the whole experience. We also had our boat repaired/maintained by NW Boat & RV and worked with Red with all the details. Very impressed with their work and their rates compared to others we researched. Our most recent experience - NW Boat & RV really helped us out of a bind. We sold our house and the snow prevented us from moving the boat to our planned storage location. We had to have it out "that day" as the new owners were taking possession. I called Rob and he said "bring it down and drop it in our yard". Rob then offered to tow the boat to Red's boat storage. The deadline and stress were lifted instantly and I can't thank Rob, Red and the whole team enough. They really go over and above to provide excellent customer service. NW Boat & RV is definitely our "go to" dealer for all our boat and RV needs. Highly recommend them.

We are from North Pole, Alaska and recently purchased a Seasport boat for NW Boat and RV. We cannot say enough good things about the staff, Denny, Red, Doug, David and Steve. We would highly recommend them to anyone purchasing a boat or RV. They went overboard on every detail of the sale. Upon arrival in Spokane, we found the boat and trailer ready for the trip home.
