We are from out of town and stopped in here a couple times now. The employees are very friendly and helpful without hovering over us. Love how equipped the store is. Also the outside pond with the elephant is awesome. Thank you for all your help Elephant Boys!!!

Extremely rude. Would not even consider summarizing our boat because we did not use them in the winter. We are not from Spokane so we did not use them. I would never consider giving them my business this coming up winter.

I ordered something I thought would have to come from afar but they had it in their warehouse so got it in 1 day. Also needed a new gas gauge and they had many. A few days before they had a ball mount for my fish finder that other stores didn't have. They have a lot of inventory and are pleasant to work with.
