I don't think this location deserves the hate it gets. The staff is extremely friendly. The problem is that they don't have enough workers there And if you ask me USPS systems could be streamlined better. For instance I go in with eBay QR codes and the system makes them scan and print each one individually which makes it take way longer than necessary. USPS corporate, just set it up so they can scan all the barcodes and print all at once.

Better than Hopkins, but still not great. I can't tell you how many times I've wasted my entire lunch break waiting in line because everyone who works there seems to move in slow motion.

Great customer service. Very empty and you can get passports done here. Very clean and nice looking location.
