PLEASE fix the after hours drop off shoot. The majority of the time when I stop in afterhours to drop off a package the mechanism is jammed which is different from it being full. I know this as I once dropped off a package at 5:15 pm right after you closed and when my package dropped in the mechanism locked preventing anyone after me to drop off. I recognize this relates to a lesser number of packages for your staff to deal with, but for us customers it means we have to make a return trip later in the day or transit to another PO. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter. Also, the interior is getting sorta ghetto, please repair!

I went in one day, an older woman had told me "we can't print labels" then asked if I had a QR code I said "yes" and showed her. She then proceeded to tell me she couldn't except it and that I need to go to ups "you know the brown box place" is what she said, I arrived at the ups store they couldn't except my QR code because the label was not through them (the system couldn't scan it). They told me I would need to bring it to usps, I said "I was just there and the lady told me right away she couldn't print nor scan the QR code". I hope they find a solution to this problem.

I like coming here to use the self service kiosk to avoid crowds and lines. But one time I came here on a Sunday to find the kiosk couldn't print out mailing labels. Very disappointed but it was out of my control. Went to another location.

diane is very rude. refused to ship my package because she doesn’t know how to do it. was just here a week ago and the guy working scanned my barcode and printed out a label just fine. as soon as i put my package on the counter diane said she couldn’t do it before i even told her what i needed. she told me to leave and go to fed ex and have them do it instead.

Mail delivery was suspended due to the extreme cold creating a danger to the mail carrier. It did stay these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds
Call the supervisor number and give them the tracking number. They will know where it was last scanned and go from there. They do lose mail from time to time, so check if it got lost.
