This is the "big" Minneapolis post office. Every USPS service available. Always a bit of a line, but it moves quickly. Open the longest hours.

The post lady that helped me out was extremely rude. She explained to me I couldn’t use the label I had with the type of package I was using, but I didn’t understand her the way said it…so I asked for clarification, and she said, “how are you not understanding me.” Unreal. She ended up calling me rude for asking questions to understand what she meant. Yikes.

If I could rate 0 stars, I WOULD. USPS is a disappointment. You don't get your deliveries on time, you don't get anything you expect from them. I have a package that's supposed to be here today (Saturday, July 30th), and it left the distribution center at 7:11pm! That's NOT the first time this has happened. I'll more than likely be getting it tomorrow (7/31), and I won't be home when it gets here. And it will sit at the door for the week, and will more than likely, be stolen. The USPS is not reliable at all. And this goes for EVERYTHING in the USPS system, and ALL their distribution centers!

Worst post office I have ever seen in my life.

I believe you can go into the main lobby and they have mail shoots you can drop your mail in
The mailbox access is open from 6am/7am. Letters from the day before should be available from 11am. Deliveries via the carriers, where applicable starts from 830am.
Yes, but you need an appointment
No. You need to go in and show your license to confirm who you are. You also need to show your license everytime you pick up mail
Every post office has a change of address form. Very simple. It may be on their website as well, not sure
You have to pick it up within 30 days.
8pm.
If you're speaking of letting your mail sit (say if you're on vacation)... I'm sure you can let it sit for 10 or more days without any problems... Otherwise you can have your local branch hold your mail for an extended period of time...
8pm Monday through Friday
Last pick-up is at 8pm.
You can- you'll just need to pay a very small fee to confirm your identity. Otherwise, it's free to do it in person at your local post office.
Unfortunately yes and you can do so on that location's USPS website... They do not offer same day appointments either (which is a bummer)...
That's hard to answer... It really varies...
You'll need to talk to the apartment management.
Yes, you can!
STEALING MAIL IS A FEDERAL OFFENSE, CONTACT THE POLICE...
