Went to this post office to inquire about my mail not being delivered at my new address but was told to write my information down and someone would give me a call that was 3 days ago and still no one has contacted me. Terrible service at this location!

I had to go in today to talk to someone face to face because the phone just kept ringing.

I get the usps email that let's me know what to expect in the mailbox. We never received our mail from Saturday and nothing for today, even though the email said we had 7 pieces of mail coming. Why are we not getting it?
