This place is tiny, ugly, old, dilapidated, hard to find and navigate to, the parking lot is too small, the service is slow and the employees are rude. Compared to other USPS locations I've been to this is the worst. They have very little shipping supplies for sale and no packing area. Even their package drop box was disgusting and dirty. Don't go here if you have any other option at all.

We don't get very many packages, but when we do they get delivered to the wrong address. When addressing our issues with management, they make up lies saying that we have wrong tracking numbers. They claim that it was delivered on a particular day but it wasn't. Supposedly the Geo track location is set for our neighbor's house, but my neighbors are retired and never received a package. Management then claims that their workers work 12-hour days and are exhausted thus making human errors. Maybe management should tell them that it takes less time to do it the right way than to do it twice. There's nothing they can do they say. Just just have to call the company most likely leading to missing out on $100 worth of product. Horrible customer service. Horrible service in general. FedEx or UPS.

Yes
I would call the post office and give them your tracking number or contact the sender
I'm guessing some confusion as to your return date. Have you tried going to the post office them yet?
Depends on what kind of delivery choice u have made. A basic delivery id say give it up to two weeks at the very longest.
This can happen for a number of reasons, but without knowing the circumstances it's hard to say exactly. My advice is to put your name inside the mail box (especially if you live in an apartment) so a carrier will know what names to deliver. Also, make sure you collect your mail regularly. Call your Post office and speak to a supervisor. They can check to see if there's errors in the forwarding records, and you can find out if you have a regular carrier. Sometimes, mistakes can be made on open routes that have new carriers every day. Hopefully this helps you.
