Sergeants Auto Auction

My 4 Runner was stolen, trashed, then totaled. It ended up at Sergeants. I went to try and salvage any keepsakes and take photos for my insurance. Ivy at the front desk was on the ball, awesome, compassionate and even tried to cheer me up by talking with me as she walked me out into the lot. Sergeants is lucky to have her and I was lucky to have her help. The only male staff member that approached me was offering to let me drive my rental car into the lot or get me a buggy to make it easier to carry my stuff. I was fine, however recognized the authenticity of his offer. I was left alone while I did what I needed to do which made me feel like my boundaries were respected without having to say anything. Genuinely good folks doing a good job.

My car was stolen and found about 7 months later and being towed to this lot. Jessie and his crew were amazing and helpful every step of the way. Just all around good dudes. It made the whole experience much less stressful then it already was. Thank you guys so much!

When i used to go here, you could get some great deals, the load out was easy and the staff was friendly. steve was a stand-up guy.
