AutobidMaster site is perfect, very clear, with very helpful videos and they explain the process very well. They also respond to emails promptly. I am very excited about my bid. I've never bought in an auction before but they are helping me through the process. I didn't need to talk to a person, they send me emails and answers to my questions right away. Very very good.

Autobidmaster is very professional in their dealings, facilitate the average buyer to participate in auctions like dealers would. The customer service is really responsive and easy to reach. Their fees are also very reasonable for the service they provide! I have received very good follow up in every instance, most recently Lana and team did a terrific job in helping me register my vehicle which made me write this review.

Very knowledgeable staff, which is necessary when going through processes like buying at auctions. As one of the previous reviews stated, it is important to educate yourself on how these purchases work. That way you can understand what to expect. Buyers should understand this is not like purchasing a car at an every day local dealer. If you are confused or have issues it is best to reach out to them to get a better understanding of what to expect. Overall good experience.
