Wanted to go in but could not as they are still requiring masks. I find it curious that a bike shop is still requiring masks when restaurants, grocery stores, etc., have all dropped masking. I suppose they have their reasons. UPDATE: Matt has me confused with someone else. I never came in, did not speak to anyone, much less rant about anything. Also, I am using the word "curious" in the sense of "strange", not in the sense of "eager to know more". (Downgrading to one star due to rude and accusatory response from owner).

I do alot of custom bike building, and this is my go to shop. They are very diligent in helping me find the parts that I need. Between this shop and the Alder street shop, they usually have what I need. The staff is very friendly and respectful. I've tried other bike shops around Springfield and Eugene, and this shop is the best.

I've bought bikes here before, and they are knowledgeable and friendly. I popped by today to get a new rain jacket, and as I was leaving the store a guy without a mask came in. The employees were very polite and professional in asking him to mask. He clearly had a big chip on his shoulder. I was really impressed with the calm, respectful approach the staff had even as the guy was ranting and swearing. Thanks for keeping the community safe, Paul's!

At the downtown location we are requiring multilayer masks, no bandana's, neck tubes etc. Downtown we are only letting customers in when we have staff to great them. Peak hours you are looking at 0-2min wait time typically.

Emily, we do take bikes on trade in, against the purchase of new bikes. We also take consignments but typically this option really only works out on bikes valued over $600. Matt
