I’ve had the displeasure of getting sent here on a DoorDash multiple times and every time they accept the order then close 30 minutes to an hour early. Making us Dashers and the customers that order here, waste their time.

Placed an order from home with the app and spent 25 minutes in the drive thru because their lobby is always closed. When I get to the window I have to ask for the Fire sauce I already asked for everytime I go to this location. One of the burritos had a bean stain and a sprinkling of rice. On the upside they did remember to grill the beefy burrito but I won't waste any more time or gas in their drive thru to pick up food that was ordered over 30 minutes prior to receiving it.

Waited half an hour to order on a half broken screen, waited another half hour to get to the window to find someone trying to get a refund through the window because their lobby was closed. They brought up numerous complaints about the quality of their food and the accuracy of what was given to which the manager said the food was partially eaten and they couldn't get a refund. The manager then refused to give the food back that they paid for and threw it away with us watching. A truly awful experience.

This is NOT a good Taco Bell to come to if you're hoping to have a decent Dine-In experience. I take the bus or I walk to get around because I don't own a vehicle so I can't use the Drive-Thru but I come here a few times a week and nearly every day that I come here whether it's morning or afternoon hours, they always seem to have their Dining Room closed to the public. It would be understandable if this were to happen occasionally. Employees quit or they call off from time to time leaving the place short staffed. But when this is happening so frequently there really is no excuse for it. And it really reflects poorly for whoever's been placed in charge to run this place as a GM. They must not be able to keep employees here. I attempted to call the store in advance so I could arrange to place a mobile order and have an employee bring the order outside for me instead, but no one will bother to pick up. It literally will just ring and ring with no response. And I believe whoever was running the store today purposely unplugged the cord for their phone line so that they wouldn't have to be bothered to take calls, after (2) attempts to reach the store with no results. Wow.
