I asked for a hair makeover and I was extremely disappointed. All I got was half an inch of my hair tips cut off and had my hair curled. I could of saved my money, and a car trip and done that at home. I asked to be made different. I didn't get layers, or a beautiful hair style, I legit hadn't had anything done to my hair. I would not recommend this place. Extremely overpriced.

Would NEVER recommend going here! Kelsey was the name of stylist I was assigned to, I showed her a picture upon arrival of what I wanted and she said oh we can do that no problem. She completely messed up my hair and acted as if it was no big deal. I spoke to owner who also had a very similar feel towards the situation. I have had my hair colored many times in my life and have never had anything like this happen to me. My hair was 100% healthy when I went in and I left hating it. It looked disgusting I am furious at how little they care. Owner had me come in to tone it tonight, not actually fixing it to what I had originally asked for. Lady assigned tonight to fix it was polite but wanted me out of her chair as soon as possible. Horrible communication skills here, and I feel like I payed over $100 for nothing! It looks like I never even got the highlights I payed for and was refused a refund from the start. (ONLY reason I agreed to go in for toner fix)

I went their today and got a haircut, beard trim, eyebrow trim & shampoo by Katie (Master Sylist). And it was great, I was happy with everything. Great conversation and nice atmosphere. My wife has been taking my son Dylan (15) to get his hair dyed here so I thought I'd try it. It was easy to schedule my appointment online. And I was impressed that they called me in the morning to follow up on a call I had made the day before. There was no extra wait when I got there! I hate waiting! And that had been constantly happening at Great Clips. (Ugh!) I dont know why I kept going there but I'm happy I found Swank Salon! My next appointment is already scheduled.
