I've been working with Curtis Schiedler for warranty requests since I moved in to my new home in February 2022. Curtis has always made us feel taken care of even after we closed and moved into the house months ago. He is always quick to respond to warranty requests and to texts, and always has a great turnaround time. Submitted a warranty request today? Expect to hear back from him on the same day with a resolution within the next couple of days. Extremely knowledgeable, dependable, and professional guy! There have been several issues with the house, but that's par for the course especially with the weather changes and with the house adjusting and shifting. However, Curtis never makes us feel like we are being troublesome or demanding. This speaks volumes to how David Weekley treats their employees - always keeping them happy, so that their clients are also happy! We are extremely lucky to have Curtis on hand for any requests or questions. You're in good hands if you buy a home from these folks for sure.

Yes, we do. These virtual tours offer a 360-degree view of rooms or exterior surroundings of our homes and communities. Links can be found throughout the site for the floor plans and communities that have virtual tours.
Our floor plans are not for sale. We thoughtfully select the right floor plan for each homesite as every homesite has particular characteristics and soil conditions that require engineering and attention to detail, affecting the suitability of a floor plan to the site itself.
You may make minor changes to floor plans. No foundation, exterior (front facade of home) or plumbing changes are available due to engineering, inspectors, etc. We do offer several exterior options for each of our floor plans. Some of our floor plans also include a variety of Flex Options, which allows you to choose how you want the space to be used based on your lifestyle and needs.
The construction of our homes is measured in 10 stages. Timeframes for each home can vary, depending on many factors, including material availability, weather, inspections and permitting.
