I would recommend this shop to anyone needing an economical and straightforward answer to issues with your vehicle. Repairs may not always be cheap but it helps to know they are going to give solid service and back up their work without fail.

Bryan and Ben have taken phenomenal care of my cars over the last several years - for much less than the dealers wanted for the exact same repair. Very happy to say the least.

Been nice experience in past but last time very poor service. The communication on the phone was inaccurate, a repair plan was shared and amount was approved. Then before completion they mention one of the parts was not replaced as it wasnt available. When I go in the invoice mentions that part. I ask a few questions on that and what actually was done but no interest to answer nor can they be bothered to confirm with confidence what actually was the problem and the repair in any detail. When I get home I also notice the oil replacement tag mentions the wrong oil type for my car... but given how they behaved I'm afraid to follow up.

The owner here Bryan gave me an estimate for over $5,000 in repairs. I had the car towed to a different mechanic that had excellent reviews and it turns out that all was wrong with the vehicle was a $10 fuse that cost me $50 to replace. My Wife ran the battery dead so we called triple AAA and they came out and I bought a new battery. When I went to drive off the car was in “Limp Mode” and would only drive a few MPH. It is basically a safe mode that the car will go into when it sensors show that there is no oil or other fluids in the car. We were on the other side of town and I didn’t want to pay to tow the vehicle all the way to our normal mechanic and I figured it would be a bad sensor or something which is a low cost repair so I had towed to ABA. The owner calls me up the next day and sends me a quote for $5,600. It claimed that there was all sorts of issues with the car and I just didn’t believe him. So I showed up to his shop at the same time that the tow truck driver did and he wouldn’t give me the key till I paid him $97. So I gave him a $100 and he gave me the key. Later he sent me an invoice for the cost of generating the estimate for $99.75. My mechanic looked over my car saw that there was a blown fuse and replaced it and it runs fine. Every other line item on the quote except for the struts which I had told him were bad was a complete fraud. I reached out to the DA and I have an appointment set up to fill out a police report and press charges.
