Love this place. Friendly owner and employees, and amazing drinks. My favorite is the Vietnamese Iced Coffee w/ boba. I’ve also tried the lavender milk tea which was also amazing. They have also let me work for a couple hours more than once (free wifi) but it gets crowded super fast so you have to time it just right. The main draw back is NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS. The 7/11 next door doesn’t have public restrooms either. So it’s not a super viable place to work a whole day. But great for a 30min-2hr trip, or to get your drinks to go.

Peach oolong with boba was good. Tea is sweetened with a peach syrup, not fresh fruit so it's easy to over sweeten. Boba pearls themselves are satisfactorily small and don't seem to be kept in an overly sweetened syrup. Drink sizes/price between sizes is acceptable for fresh and milk teas. Small: 16oz, $5.50 Medium: 24oz, $5.99 Large: 32oz, $6.50 Smoothies and slushes: Small: 16oz, $5.99 Medium: 24oz, $6.50 Large: 32oz, $6.99 Bao is $5 and not worth it. It's large but reheated from frozen with only somewhat decent filling and half a boiled egg that does not taste good at all. Shop itself is quaint and cozy. Many physical menus available to find description of (oddly named) drink contents.

Small and quaint. Easy to see and access menu choices but not always clear what the items are so a description to help folks new to these options could be useful. We got random drinks that were all good and prices were fair.

Hello Sami- That is a great question. Due to the fact that we brew fresh teas daily and use fresh teas in our milk tea and fresh tea recipes, our teas do have caffeine. Any of the fresh teas or milk teas made with green tea, would have the lowest amount of caffeine. However, our smoothies are made with fresh fruits and would be caffeine free and a great option for you. We hope to see you soon!

There are smoothies and milk teas and regular teas, they all can have boba in them and the have a premade menu with flavors for the drink, then you are able to choose the toppings you want in the drink, then you pay and they make it and mix it, it is truly delicious.
