I had my oil changed as well as my recommended 100k mile work for my last service date. Today I went to a different Grease Monkey location for a regular oil change and found out that my air filter was never put back in my vehicle during my last service. I have been driving around for 3 months without an air filter! I'm highly disappointed and will not be returning to this location.

I used to like this place , recommended it to my wife who didn't want to drive that far to get an oil change. But I convinced her. "It's clean, it's not as busy, and they do a good job," I told her. Wish now I had never even gone to this Grease Monkey. On my trips to it, they communicated with me asked for my input on services, showed me the air filters, filled my tires, checked my tread, checked my wipers, vacuumed the floor, washed the windows, and checked on me throughout the service, giving me updates. When it was over they talked through the bill with me and explained services the car might need. When my wife went to this location NONE of this happened. They never spoke to her. They spoke to everyone else is the store but not her. They put other customers who came in after her in front of her, and did not do ANY service to the car, they marked that they did on the service slip they handed her after she paid( with no comment) but the tires pressure gauge went off the next day, they didn't clean anything or check any filters and I'm not entirely sure they changed the oil. They never reset the oil gauge in my car, and they didn't even put a reminder sticker on the window. Was my wife rude? How can you be rude to anyone when NO ONE TALKS TO YOU? The only difference is that I am white and my wife is not. I don't like labeling people racist, or sexist, or even rude, but this store earned all three.

Stopped in after school drop off and the service was easy and fast. They completed my synthetic oil change and took care of the tire pressure and of course cleaned the windows. The whole service took about 35 mins. I also love the cameras they have so you can see what's happening to your car and who's doing the work.

The staff were very friendly and professional. They were quick with the oil change and very honest. I will be switching to this company immediately for all of my oil change needs!
