I came here 2 weeks ago and didn’t have a bad experience I had one of the males do my pedicure and other than my toe nails not being cut down short enough I enjoyed the pedicure. I just didn’t love the polish color so I came back yesterday as I had the day off and wanted to relax and get a new color. I upgraded to the deluxe $55 pedicure as I wanted more time to relax with a longer Massage. This time I loved the color but the massage was so rough she bruised my calf and foot. Her nails were also very sharp and cut the top of my foot in between my toe ☹️ I paid extra for a painful massage that I wanted to end early. I did let her know that it was too hard and the spot she bruised was hurting.

I had a great experience at Lavish Nails & Spa! I wanted a simple acrylic set, and Annie gave me exactly what I asked for! The staff greeted me right as I walked in and I was seated immediately. The salon was clean and the service was amazing. I love my nails, I will be coming back!

The third pic is what I asked for… the first 2 pics is what I received. They charged me $85 for this design. When he told me the price I asked him if he could do it just like the picture and he said yes. Halfway through he told me it would look A LITTLE like the picture. This man did not know what he was doing with this design. He clearly didn’t blend any of those lines together, couldn’t do the glitter line, he just kept adding colors to the original pink line and it’s not what I wanted. The surface of some of my nails were bumpy and uneven because of the thick lines. Too many gaps left between the lines he attempted to draw. I was told that he would try it on one nail first to see if I liked it but he went ahead and did it on all of them without asking first. He hardly even referenced the picture, I had to stop him and asked him to look at the picture because he wasn’t doing it like the photo. On top of that… I waited about 30-45 after my pedicure for someone to start on my nails. There was 2 other women complaining about not being seated even though they had an appt. What a mess. So not worth it. The pedicure was good by Jenny, but I’m disappointed with my set and don’t think I’ll be returning.

The Staff is Friendly and Courteous. The staff is all different from the old Trendy Nails Staff. They did a Great Job accommodating to us - 3 Spa Pedicures & 3 Manicures ☺️ My only Complaint is That they need to be a bit more clean - like wipe off the chairs and tables after customers. Not sure when they clean probably at the end of the day? Would be nice to have someone clean every hour at least 👍🏽
