A couple years ago I entered this place and helped a neighbor return a BB gun which was faulty. The customer service was very helpful and they exchanged it with him. I would say they did an excellent job! I think I also purchased something here at some point in the past but I can't recall nevertheless they are very good at their jobs.

Big 5 sporting goods is a good place to shop at. I got a pair of tennis shoes there & a pink back pack also. People were very nice & helpful there. I enjoyed the 2 ladies who helped me.

It's an ok place. The products seem like they are on the lower end, but if you are careful everything should last.

When I went into the store with my children I was immediately asked if I had a mask. I let them know that I had a medical exception to the new rule instituted by the governor. She let me pass only to be confronted by a young man who identified himself as the manager. He asked if they had told me to put on a mask. I let him know they did and repeated my medical exception. He told me I would have to wait at the front of the store and they would retrieve the items for me. Um, I'm shopping, not buying at the moment. I don't know what we need, size wise, shape wise, color wise, etc etc. That's why we were looking. I let him know that was discriminatory and then left the store per thier wishes. Horrible experience, so disappointed that the legal discrimination has come to this town!!! It's embarrassing.
