I was sold Petco vital care. I was told I could cancel at any time. I did not use it in 3 months so I decided to call to cancel. They told me it was a year-long membership that I signed up for. I had no idea and I was not told that by the manager that signed me up for the program. You need to make it clear that people are signing up for a year long membership!!! Not one that can be canceled at any time if they don't use it.

Very disappointed in my treatment there today. The clerk was rude and disrespectful (my puppy 6 months old was very excited and barking excitedly because he saw other dogs and little kids and wanted to play with them) she said maybe he needs a bark collar and when I said what was that, she said oh the announcement over the intercom said dog training....I assure you, I won't be shopping in your store again. I would rate the experience UNDER 1 star, but it wouldn't let me
