The ER receptionist was very rude. The black girl with the fake lashes. When I went to the desk to ask a question, she was on her phone and did not acknowledge me. I had to say excuse me. First impressions says a lot for them. Pray to God we don't have to come back here. We have been waiting to be seen for at least 5 hrs.

Waiting time is ridiculous brought my son in for a ATV accident possible broken collarbone they took him back and still waiting for the results 3 hours later he's laying here in pain with no treatment!!no meds given nothing!!.... Fixing to leave here and go to a real hospital. Ps.... There's hardly any patience here as well!!

Ridiculous waiting times, be prepared to wait all day. Some of it isn't they're fault since you have people that use it for a doctors office rather than an EMERGENCY room.

There is a specific area in the hospital That has all medical records on File. Believe you have to go in person don't know if you can do by phone
Yes, but not many. Most likely you'll have to park on the other side or in the garage.
