I was brought to the ER by ambulance on Saturday August 20 6pm. I was hit by a car while bicycle riding. I was evaluated and full body scan completed. No concussion or broken boneswere reported. I'm requesting medical records. How do I do this?

There is a specific area in the hospital That has all medical records on File. Believe you have to go in person don't know if you can do by phone

You probably need to call n ask the front desk I'm not familiar my son was flown in out of town.
