We came in today after a week long road trip, and a drive home at night. The front of our suburban was COVERED in several layers of bugs. We did not have any expectations of getting all the bugs off, we just wanted to get the first bit of bugs and dirt off until we had time to actually scrub them off. Sean took the extra time and effort to work on all the bugs during the pre wash. I have NEVER had any attendant at any Zips take the time and extra effort that Sean did. We left with a bug free and clean suburban. Even my young kids remarked what an awesome job Sean did!!

The actual washing of the car is alright. Tried out their monthly subscription and ended up deciding to cancel it. They told us it was cancelled and if we got charged the following month they would reimburse us 100% guaranteed. Cool. Then we get charged and call to double check and got told it was never cancelled in the first place, they can’t fix anything. Things happen. We cancel again over the phone and they said it should be good. Got charged again the following month and had to call back and after talking with them for 2ish hours they told us it was never cancelled on their end again so they wouldn’t reverse the charges. Ended with them saying they’d email us proof it was cancelled which they never emailed out. We had to tell our credit card company to stop allowing them to charge it in order to get it to stop.

Fast car wash. Does a good job. Some days the blue air fresheners are free some days they are a dollar. Lots of times the bucket for the used towels is missing and the towels get thrown on the ground.

Known issue, no reimbursement? Back around Thanksgiving time I took my Mustang in to get cleaned due to the dirt caused by snow. I went through and the wiping machine literally tore off my mirror exposing wiring and causing my car to not be street legal (mirror was hanging my a wire dangling). Stunned that actually happened, I pulled up to the vacuum area to speak to an employee. I explained what happened. He didn't believe me so asked me what car I drove so he can review the footage. Yeah cause I would go and get a car wash while having a dangling mirror and wiring sticking out. I told him I drive a Mustang. "Why is it always Mustangs", he says. So obviously it's a common issue with Mustangs, why wouldn't employees warn customers who drive these specific cars of the potential issue? Anyways they have me fill out a claim report and tell me to go get it fixed asap and they will reimburse me. Immediately after I went to the auto shop to get the repair. $200 later I have my car back. This was back right before Thanksgiving 2021. It's now April 2022 and I am PCSing soon and have yet gotten any phone calls in regards to my reimbursement. If you drive a Mustang, do not chance this place.
