I have to get my pills here and everytime I auto refill and get a time to pick them up even give them 2 hours extra to fill them never fails they never have them filled and I have to sit and wait in the lobby for an hour even though they tell me 20 mins if they can't keep up then shut it down been 2 years like this you'd think they would figure something out by now

I have had an increasingly hard time with this pharmacy. I am currently waiting on a script that was called in over seven hours ago. They won't answer the phone to let me know if they plan on filling it this evening, which has become typical. The only way I can get prescriptions filled in a timely manner is if I physically drive there, ask them about it, and then magically they can have it filled within half an hour when it has been sitting there all day. I just drove there half an hour ago, sat in an unmoving line for several minutes, and eventually gave up because I don't want to spend almost an hour playing their game tonight to get a prescription filled. Now I will have to wait until tomorrow (if they even have it filled then) to start my antibiotic, which is not the best move for my health. When you're sick, you need to be able to depend on your pharmacy to fill your prescriptions fast and hassle-free. Strongly considering switching pharmacies.

Have always received the best service here, no matter the time of day or what I need. 2 of their pharmacists are stellar. Always taking time to answer my questions even if they're busy. Yes... there may be a wait until it's my turn but once it is they're professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The people working the pharmacy counter and window always do a great job. Even if it's busy they are polite and diligent. Have helped answer my insurance questions as well as general store questions. I've used the minute clinic for a suspected UTI visit, as well as my flu shot. Both times the NP or PA were professional, helpful, efficient and careful to keep everything clean and tidy. The front end staff has always been courteous and friendly whether I'm just checking out or need to make a return. Again even if they are busy they take time with each customer. This location is busy for a reason. They do a great job! If you have just a bit of patience, everyone there is working hard. When it's your turn you'll be well cared for :) Thanks CVS!

I visited the Minute clinic and the pharmacy. The staff was quick and efficient. The NP I saw in the clinic was great and very professional. She sent over my prescription and the pharmacy had them ready in almost no time at all. Everyone was very friendly. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.
